Do adults get febrile convulsions? What to know about fever-induced seizures
Febrile convulsions, or seizures caused by a fever, are overwhelmingly a childhood phenomenon, typically occurring in children between six months and five years of age. However, while unusual, adults can experience seizures that are associated with a fever.
