At what age will they no longer do a kidney transplant?

According to the Organ Procurement and Transplantation Network (OPTN), there is no single, standard age limit for receiving a kidney transplant. Instead of a hard cut-off, a patient’s candidacy is determined by a comprehensive medical evaluation that assesses overall health and fitness, not just age, to determine at what age will they no longer do a kidney transplant.
